Big Jerk is inspired by the roadside jerk shacks of Jamaica. Our menu was made by chefs in collaboration with a Jamaican jerk chicken expert. Smoke, spice, char and sauce, piled high and lathered on. The result: truly unforgettable jerk chicken. It’s that simple, and that delicious.

Where it all started.
He lit the first fire and he’s still the final word on the marinade. These days he mostly sits, eats and tells everyone he taught Big Jerk everything.
